Vladimir’s Online Theatre is currently operating via ZOOM platform.

For the best experience, we strongly advise you to download the full version of ZOOM. If you’re new to ZOOM, just click on the unique link sent by us and the download option will pop up. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions.

No, you don’t. All you need is the basic free version.

For private concerts there is no limit on the number of people in each household. However, there is a limit on the number of households you can connect. The number of households is stated in each package description.

The final price mostly depends on the date and time of the respective concert. There are certain slots with a lower demand and others with an increased demand. The higher the demand, the higher the price – even if it’s the same show. Naturally, the final price for the “prime-time” slots is the highest.

It’s good for the performers to know the names of the core people in the concert (such as the guest of honour), but you don’t need to send all names.  In most of the occasions, performers don’t do a name check unless requested. This is to avoid the confusion in case your guests log in with different usernames.

Of course. Any personal greetings, birthday, anniversary greetings or background stories about any of the participants are always welcome. This will make your concert much more special.

All concerts are 100% live. You’ll also be able to talk to the performers.

You’ll be able to join the meeting 15 minutes before your concert. This will allow you to meet and greet all your guests as well as to make sure your microphone, camera and audio output are working well. You can also stay connected to the existing call for about 10 min after the performance for you to share your experience with your guests. Should you want to stay connected longer, please organise your own call.

No. You will be muted from our end. When joining the meeting, you’ll be asked to give us a permission to unmute you from our end. If you agree with this option, we’ll also be able to unmute you in between the songs, so you won’t have to touch your device anymore and just enjoy the show.

We would like to see all the participants, but it’s completely up to you if you prefer to keep your camera off.

In general, for legitimate reasons we don’t allow people to record the concerts (see our Terms and Conditions). It’s all about a live experience. However, on some special occasions we may give such permission exceptionally.

You’ll receive a unique link within 48 hours after the booking. Simply share it with all your participants.

We can suggest the running order for your concert, or you can choose your own musical pieces from our playlist. On some occasions, the performers are happy to take special requests outside the playlist.

Technically, you don’t. Whether you use a laptop, a mobile phone or a tablet, almost all these devices are equipped with built-in speakers. However, we strongly recommend connecting your device to an external speaker(s) for a much better audio experience.
